Install, manage, and optimize Nerdio Manager for MSP
This guide focuses on installing, managing, and optimizing Nerdio Manager.
By following this guide, you are registering an enterprise application in your own Azure tenant, in a subscription that you select, and into a new resource group. Once the installation is completed, you gain access to the app URL and can sign in to the Nerdio Manager web application.

Nerdio Manager components
There are two components to a managed AVD environment in Nerdio Manager:

Nerdio Manager web application: The hosted Azure web application used to manage all MSP Nerdio Manager accounts.

Nerdio Manager client account(s): The client AVD tenant managed in Nerdio Manager.
Nerdio Manager web application
Nerdio Manager is installed and billed through the Azure marketplace. To learn more, see Default Deployment Resources and Costs.
The installation process generally takes up to 10 minutes, and can be broken down into the following phases:

Installing Nerdio Manager from the Azure Marketplace.

Initializing Nerdio Manager with an Azure CloudShell script.

Registering your install with the Nerdio licensing server.
Nerdio Manager client account(s)
After installing Nerdio Manager, you need to connect an account to manage. Typically, you connect a customer account. However, you can also connect to and manage your own Azure tenant.
Prerequisites
Prior to installing Nerdio Manager, ensure the following prerequisites are met:

You must be signed in to Microsoft Entra ID as a Global Administrator before starting the deployment process via the Azure Marketplace.

You must have the Owner role on your Azure subscription. The subscription must be able to deploy Azure SQL, web application, Key Vault, Application Insights, and the Automation account in your selected region.
