Reboot a Web Application Service

You reboot Web Application Services in the Azure Portal.

Note: If there are pending tasks on the application service that you need to reboot, they will run once the service is restarted. Thus, it is recommended that you cancel any pending tasks on the application service prior to restarting it.

To reboot the Web Application Service:

  1. In the Azure Portal, on the Resource groups blade, go to your Nerdio Manager app group.

  2. From the list of PaaS services that are running your Nerdio Manager app, select the link of the service that you need to restart.

  3. On the service details page, in the tools panel, select Restart.

After the service is restarted, verify that your Nerdio Manager app functions as expected.

For more details on restarting Azure Web Apps, see App Service Plans - Restart Web Apps.
