That was going to be my solution as well. Do you use the Optimization script during deployment. I haven't tested with that off to verify it's not removing Teams from the image during deployment.
Anyone try enabling RemoteFX USB Redirection to see if it helps?
Bluebeam support says they only support Citrix and I can go kick rocks.
Adding my 2 cents. This is still an issue in Bluebeam Revu 21.8 in Win11 24H2 single-user AVD sessions. The camera workaround works instantly. I'll be opening a Bluebeam support ticket.
We stopped trying when we saw EOL for the Remote Desktop Client was extended into this year.
It is unclear whether Server Auto-Scale powers on the VM during work days/hours, or just changes the VM size and Disk.
Are you also on 23H2? I've been using 24H2 since summer started. MS May have fixed the app issue in 24H2 but not 23H2. I know they've made that decision between Windows 10 and 11 in the past.
