No as I have seen Credential Guard do its thing in the middle of the day and cause the session hosts to lose access to the file shares whenever it feels like it.

There is a feature to temporarily pause autoscale so you dont have to actually turn it off, you can pause for a period of time, after that, it will auto resume its previous autoscale plan.
Also is it just OneDrive or all Microsoft Office apps?
