As we all know, Azure Files Premium will not let you scale in the capacity but once every 24 hours.
NMM will attempt to scale in every 5 minutes.
I would like to see some better logic in the scaling in process where NMM will not attempt to scale in within 24 hours after its last successful scale in.
Otherwise, we see a task list full of errors. And for those of us that are sending out email alerts on every error, our emails will get flooded with these failed scale in attempts.
Adjust logic behind Azure Files Scale in

I think this qualifies as one of those "Now, why didn't I think of that?" ideas. 😁
We're already displaying the last time we did the quota increase.
I think it's just a matter of adding that logic that says "Wait >= 24 hours after last quota increase" before attempting a scale-in.
It'll help cutdown on API calls, log messages, errors, and false positive notifications!
