Nick - Nerdio Manager for MSP works with the Azure commercial cloud only. I suggest looking at our Nerdio Manager for Enterprise product for customers in the Gov cloud.

Good point, yes, we have that on our roadmap. It would be a new trigger criteria for auto-scale. We are calling it user-driven autoscale.
