We need scale-in functions for number of active sessions configuration and the ability to maintain up to 0 available sessions.
Currently:
If a host pool has 2 hosts, 1 running and 1 is off, and a number of active sessions triggers the auto-scale to start another host. Now the end of the day comes and we have 2 hosts running an no users in them. Even if you use an azure function to shut down inactive hosts, Nerdio will turn the host back on because it does not support 0 available hosts with "available sessions".
