I've noticed that accounts I've added to NMM that have users with only Microsoft 365 Business Basic and Microsoft 365 Business Standard licenses have a 0 value for “Current Modern Work users”. Is that expected behavior?
Do all M365 license types not count against "Current Modern Work users"?

That is by design as M365 Business Premium is the only M365 Business license that includes an Intune license and that's why the “Basic” and “Standard” licenses don't count as “Modern Work users”.
