Console connect security features

Console connect is a powerful tool, and its actually too powerful to be used without consent.
Functionality to have the user accept if a technician accesses files on a users computer needs to be implemented.

Right now the user don't even get a warning or prompt when technician is using toolbox to do stuff on they're computer.
This is probably not even allowed in Europe…

Please give us these options, or at least enable audit logging for Console connect work

Thanks for the feedback! We actually do offer this option at the account level and it is enabled by default! Here's the appropriate setting: 

Audit logging is on our backlog and something that we are working on providing!

No, session confirmation is not working for the toolbox functionality of console connect - giving technician full control over users files
