NMM slow to load users and user properties

NMM can be slow to load a list of users or user properties. Is this most likely to be the app service plan or NMM itself?

App service plan health monitors look like this consistently. Is this normal?

I see this user property slowness particularly on accounts with Active Directory connector configured.

If you are still seeing delays and issues with loading users and user properties, would you please raise a support ticket with us to investigate further? Please do so using the following link - Submit a request – Nerdio Help Center. 

Generally speaking in regard to the App Service Plan usage, we would want to see the CPU usage a lot lower than the screenshot provided to ensure operations in your Nerdio Manager instance aren't effected by resource utilisation issues.
