Nerdio AD User Creation, Force Entra-ID Connect User Sync

Add an optional checkbox for Nerdio AD user creation that triggers an Entra ID Connect delta sync immediately. This would ensure newly created AD users are instantly synchronized to Entra ID, allowing immediate use for license assignment and other operations.

Our current implementation of this feature has some limitations, including kicking off the sync job. We're investigating some other routes to achieve this in the future.
