Consult users' Entra sign-in logs

When it comes to Nerdio and user management, one essential requirement is the ability to access users’ sign-in logs. Any troubleshooting of user connections begins there, making it the #1 missing feature. Without it, the operations team (helpdesk, NOC level 1) cannot work entirely within Nerdio and must manually go to Entra.

I would like to see some of this that you get in Azure monitoring brought into Nerdio, the connection troubleshooting and all of the monitoring metrics makes it one less place to check.

Similar to these Risky Users and Managing Entra Authentication feature requests, are you thinking we should be able to take action from within NMM? 
Or would you want that restricted behind a permission so only your Tier 2+ techs would be able to take action (possibly your tier 1 would either have read-only or require approval)? 🤔

Dave, pretty much you should be the new feature approval guy, thats exactly how we'd want it to work, let us control who can act on these. Maybe tier 1 could see it and have to kick it up the food chain to approve or not. Any way to keep them out of the azure portal. Its not fun juggling Azure portal logins and probably would prefer not having the traffic in and out of there, anyway.

Unfortunately, “it takes a village”, so I can only do my small part. (I'm next to 0 help when it comes to coding something 😞)

I agree though. Whatever we can do to securely keep your team from jumping between portals is a must!

Dave Stephenson , bumping this after running into a T1 going to look at CAP and see why a failed sign-in was occurring today and had issues. 

Having the ability to quickly identify a reason why sign-in failed e.g. compliance issue, or a wrong device, or a wrong location would be very very very very helpful from within Nerdio. 

I want no T1s ever logging into the tenant if I can help it. This is a common reason for them to now-a-days and it's a whole extra process out of Nerdio.

If nerdio can source the data that would be gold. There are graph api and azure api (log analyitcs) ways that data could be sourced. Even on that front… diag options in nerdio for entra is a request in and of itself. :)
