Risky Users

NMM should be able to pull in details about the specific risk for a risky user and display it in the risky users area.  As well as, give a link that would take you directly to the M365 admin area to manage that risky user.

There may be some API and/or licensing limitations (Entra P2) to make this idea work, but I think it'd be a great idea!

Out of curiosity, instead of taking you to the Entra portal to manage the user, would it make more sense, if it's possible, to take action directly from within Nerdio Manager?

Ideally, I think it would be great to display the risk state/reason and have your Tier-1s be able to resolve the issue directly from within NMM so you're not needing to give them direct access to Entra or Azure.

If we display the 5 latest Risk History entries and possible also provided the ability to Reset Password/Force MFA, or Revoke MFA (from the User's Authentication Methods blade), do you think that would do what you're wanting or is there something within the native portal that I might not be considering?

Yes, it would be best, if possible to never leave the Nerdio ecosystem and manage these things right from the NMM.  That would be perfect.

We have “User Management (day 2 operations)” on our Roadmap (Nerdio Manager for MSP: Public roadmap – Nerdio Help Center) and I think this lines-up perfectly with that item!

We'll have to see what our Product Team can come-up with when they get to that feature. 😎

We need to be able to differentiate low, medium and High risky users/sign-ins. We have different action either it is low/medium/high.

Thanks
