Desktop Images - Power Off and Create Image - Multiple at Once

I have a couple different customers that run two or more host pools. They all have their designated GMs as well. My issue I have run into is when multiple GMs are updated and such and then a technician goes through and wants to create an image on all of them for a scheduled redeploy we have to schedule out the image creation because the system cant handle creating three images at once. The temp VMs seem to blow up on the backend if you try. i.e. I have three GMs and I go click power off and create image on all three in quick succession, the second and third with error while the first is still running.

What we have to do is start the first, schedule the second for an hour later, schedule the third for two hours later. That seems to be the safest way to do it without requiring technicians to come back in an hour and do it manually.

This is a fascinating one.   While I know I've captured images at the same time (or very close) on different customers, I've never had to (or tried) to do it within a customer.    That is an interesting use case.   Are you able to share the error you get, with any sensitive information redacted of course?

I'm assuming its something in NMM that needs to be tuned to allow for more than one of the resources used during the capture - but not being a Nerdio developer, or insider with intimate knowledge - who knows :-)   I'd recommend making sure your partner success manager knows about the feature request too as I can see how this could be painful.

This is indeed the case, and yes, it occurs only within a single customer tenant when multiple GM images are being created. See the error below. This is the log for the second GM task, but the exact same error exists on the third for this customer tenant. I honestly think it's Nerdio's naming or task process that's causing the issue, and it doesn't understand that there is already one in progress. Therefore, for the second temporary VM, it needs to have all different names and such.

After submitting a feature request I came across this one and it's exactly the same as I described in here:
