I have a couple different customers that run two or more host pools. They all have their designated GMs as well. My issue I have run into is when multiple GMs are updated and such and then a technician goes through and wants to create an image on all of them for a scheduled redeploy we have to schedule out the image creation because the system cant handle creating three images at once. The temp VMs seem to blow up on the backend if you try. i.e. I have three GMs and I go click power off and create image on all three in quick succession, the second and third with error while the first is still running.
What we have to do is start the first, schedule the second for an hour later, schedule the third for two hours later. That seems to be the safest way to do it without requiring technicians to come back in an hour and do it manually.
