Notification Conditions

We often see some process, like auto-scale, fail for various reasons and then retry immediately. It succeeds on retry virtually every time. Would it be possible to add a condition for alerting to say that if this process fails 2x then send an email?

Hey Tim, 

Thanks for the feedback. We've played around with thresholds, but the problem gets complex very quickly and offered mixed results. One item we are actively working on is state-full notification conditions. Once the feature is released you will be able to link your PSA system to Nerdio, and Nerdio will be aware when a task fails and then successfully completes and will open/close tickets as needed. 

Do you think that would solve your challenge?

That would solve the problem for this, yes. We use ConnectWise.

Great! ConnectWise PSA is in our initial batch of PSAs. Keep an eye out in the next couple updates for that feature to be released/public preview!
