Can Solutiuons Baselines be grouped into sets so that MSPs can have a default set of baselines and then additional set/s that might be needed for meeting compliance with local frame works (ie Essential 8, HIPAA etc).

That sounds like a great idea!
Currently, when you have multiple solution baselines, you need to keep track of which are for which group of customers and apply them one by one.
It quickly can become unruly to manage.
From a UI/UX perspective, would you want it to be like the Policy Baselines or more like the Scripted Action Groups?

To me it makes more sense from a UX/UI to have it similar to the Policy baselines. Can then assign the Solution Baseline "Sets" and look at status etc like a policy baseline that is deployed.
In tenant monitoring you could then build a report on the "set" rather than clicking all 7 different baslines.

That's another benefit partners would see by implementing Solution Baseline Groups or Sets.
