I often wonder how many people actually use the "Accounts drop down and search and select by ID? Or the Start Date / End Date? When I look at the customer screen and think about how our team will use this as we continue to adopt things I think cutting the two mentioned filters and replacing with clients that have particular resources or licenses. For instance:
Azure (no AVD - Just servers)
Azure with AVD
Modern Work
Also the ability to see at that same screen which of the integrations are enabled at a glance would be really helpful to enable and see. I would also cut some of the fields like ID and hide and make configurable.
