I'm not sure if the MS API supports it or not, but it would be nice to be able to convert a mailbox to a Shared Mailbox instead of deleting it.

Absolutely. This is part of our standard user offboarding procedure and NEEDS to be a part of NMM.

It is in the user management - yes. It would be very cool if there was a way we could set up the mailbox action for “archive user” to be converting the mailbox to a shared mailbox instead of deleting the mailbox. So it was an all-in-one feature for our technicians.
