Support for Premium SSD v2 and Ultra disk in cost estimator

Hello,

I found myself working with customers to develop an AVD solution and almost always have additional IaaS to scope in.   While I love how we can quickly and easily price servers and additional storage, it would be beneficial to have options to price in Premium SSD v2 and/or Ultradisk.   They are structured a little different, but customers, primarily those coming with high performance SQL needs, often want to price for those disk types from the start (instead of starting with Premium SSD and testing our way to higher performance).

Having support for pricing these disks would be a great help.

Thanks for the feedback! The cost estimator in version 4.10+ should have support for Premium SSD V2 and Ultradisks. Can you check if you  have those options?

Excellent, I see it now.   Awesome.     A little less than obvious, but I'll take it.  Any insight as to whether Ultra Disk will be added in the future?  I would assume in a similar method.
