NMM: at the Global view, create and run multiple schedules: for example select a "general" scripted action, run it against one or many accounts/Desktop Images/Host Pools/Hosts at a specific date and time. With options like "Start VM if not started, Power Off VM when complete" etc.

There have been several enhancement requests for global views since they were released and this is another great idea.
However, it is possible that it might not be easily implemented though. 😟
When I was talking with the product team at NerdioCon earlier this year, they mentioned that the Global Views have a high "cost" on the API and could potential use all of the API resources that Microsoft allocates to each tenant. (I'm sure they explained it much more elegantly than that, but that's the best I can remember right now 😆)
All that being said, I agree that it would be great if they could implement your ideas.
