It would be super convenient if I had the ability to run a Windows ad-hoc script against a server that already has a script scheduled. I know you have the ability to run the scheduled script(s) now without affecting the schedule, but I do not see a way to run a different script.

Hi Chris Brannon. We're planning to add some improvements for Scripted Actions and this is one of them. I hope we'll be able to ship this with v4.4.
