Support for multiple subscriptions

I'd like to see that NMM is able to support multiple subscriptions in the same tenant. At this moment this is only possible by creating additional customers in NMM for each subscription to use.

The downside in the current situation is that users that needs published desktops or apps in different subscriptions require multiple Nerdio licenses.

Also when separating Test, Acceptance and Production in different subscriptions, it's not possible to create desktop images in the customer test environment and (when approved) deploy it in acceptance or production. This can only be done when the DTAP environments are in the same subscription but that's not always the best practice.

I had bought this ask up at NerdioCon earlier this year during an AMA with Amol Dalvi, and it is something that I believe is roadmapped and will be worked on. 

Right now we have a few customers with multiple subscriptions and it has been cumbersome to maintain, especially when you look at larger organizations and management groups across multiple subs is a best practice.
