Tenant Assessment Enhancements for v7.1

Tenant Assessment Enhancements for v7.1

Nerdio Manager for MSP v7.1 introduces two enhancements to the Tenant Assessment Wizard that improve the quality and clarity of assessment results.

Reduced noise in policy assessment results

Assessment results previously included a high volume of low-signal findings that made it difficult to identify genuine conflicts and actionable recommendations. In v7.1, the Tenant Assessment has been optimized to filter out these lower-relevance findings, surfacing only the policy comparisons most likely to require attention before baseline deployment.

No change to the assessment workflow is required. The improvement is applied automatically when running an assessment against a customer account or prospect tenant.

Note: If you ran assessments on a tenant prior to v7.1 and saved or exported the results, you may notice fewer findings when re-running the assessment on the same tenant. This is expected behavior and reflects the improved filtering, not a change in the tenant’s configuration.

Baseline unavailability indicators

The Tenant Assessment Wizard now clearly indicates when a Policy Baseline or Solution Baseline cannot be applied to a tenant due to authentication type restrictions — for example, when a baseline requires a licensing tier or identity configuration that the tenant does not have.

Previously, unsupported baselines would appear in assessment results without a clear explanation of why they could not be deployed. They are now labeled as Unavailable with an indicator explaining the specific restriction, allowing administrators to make informed decisions about licensing or configuration changes before attempting deployment.
