Expand an FSLogix Profile Container Size Limit
You may run into an issue where their users are exceeding the default 30 GB limit set on their FSLogix profiles. This article shows you how to change the limit directly in Nerdio Manager.
Note: Increasing the FSLogix profile size limit simply sets a higher limit to avoid maxing out. It does not increase the actual size of these profiles. Please keep in mind that this increases the limit for all profiles, not just a specific user. If you are looking to only increase the size limit for a single user, this needs to be addressed using a GPO created on your end. It's always best to consult with Microsoft/Azure support if you want to go that route, as it's not something we typically see.
At the Account level, navigate to Settings > Integrations.
In the FSLogix Profiles storage tile, select the profile you wish to work with.
-
In the FSLogix Registry Options section, check the value of SizeInMBs.
-
Change the value as desired and select OK.
Note: These settings do not apply until the hosts are recreated or re-imaged.
Locate the host pool you want to work with.
From the action menu, select Properties > FSLogix.
-
At the bottom, select Apply to existing hosts, enter the desired processing options, and then select Save & close.
Tip: As a workaround to these settings not applying until a re-image, you can make the change directly on the session host VM via the registry (Regedit > HKLM > Software > FSLogix > Profiles > SizeinMBs).
Via Registry:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\FSLogix\Profiles
