How to find your Nerdio Manager Installation ID

Your Nerdio Manager Installation ID can be useful for Nerdio to quickly identify your installation. Our team may ask you to provide the Installation ID within your support ticket engagement. This ID number is also something that can be provided proactively with any support ticket and helps the Nerdio team quickly identify your specific installation.

To find your Nerdio Manager Installation ID

  1. At the MSP level, navigate to Updates.

  2. Find and copy your Install ID.
