Foreign currency exchange rates and pricing
Billing rates for Nerdio Manager are set in US dollars. For customers who are billed via the Azure Marketplace (see How Will You Invoice Me?) in non-USD currencies, we use fixed foreign currency exchange rates that are reviewed twice a year to keep pricing for non-USD customers steady and predictable.
Review process
We review market exchange rates twice a year to determine our non-USD billing rates for the upcoming 6-month period:
- The March review takes effect from July 1.
- The September review takes effect from the following January 1.
Rates are then fixed for each review period. This approach strikes a balance between reflecting market conditions and avoiding constant changes that can cause disruption.

Note: These rates apply only to users billed by Microsoft in non-USD currencies. USD customers are unaffected.
