Restore customer level policy assignments

When upgrading to Nerdio Manager v6.3.0 or v6.3.1, conditional access policies may have become unassigned. You can restore these conditional access polices by following the instruction in this article.

To restore conditional access policies:

  1. Update Nerdio Manager for MSP to v6.3.2

  2. At the account level, navigate to Recovery Service.

  3. Expand the most recent restore point.

    Note: This is the restore point prior to the Nerdio Manager v6.3.0 or v6.3.1 update.

  4. Select Policies, and then in the Status box, select Changed.

  5. Select all policies and then select Restore Selected.

    Note: You can, if required, select individual policies if you want to select specific individual policies to be restored.

  6. Select to confirm you want to restore policy assignments, and then select OK.

  7. You can view the progress of the restore task.

  8. Once completed, select Close.
