Email Forwarding
Nerdio Manager allows MSPs to forward a user's email to another user/group, or to multiple users/groups, while that user is on vacation or out of the office. This can be accomplished easily using the email forwarding feature.
Initial Setup
Before you can forward emails, you need to make sure that the Email notifications and User mailbox management settings are enabled.
To enable email settings:
At the Account level, navigate to Settings > Portal.
In the Email notifications tile, be sure that the Current status is Enabled. If not, select Disabled to enable email notifications.
In the User mailbox management tile, be sure that the Current status is Enabled. If not, select Disabled to enable user mailbox management.
Notes:
MailboxSettings.ReadWrite permission is assigned to the Nerdio enterprise app in your Azure tenant in order to send email notifications.
Users must have a Microsoft 365 license assigned in order to have their emails forwarded.
Users must have a Microsoft 365 license assigned in order to have emails forwarded to them.

Forward Emails
Once the email settings are enabled, you may forward a user's emails.
To forward emails:
At the Account level, navigate to Users.
Locate the user who you wish to forward their emails.
From the action menu, select Forward email.
Start typing the user or group name you wish to forward the user's email to. When displayed, select the user or group.
Repeat the step above for additional users or groups.
Optionally, you may view the sample forwarding notification the system sends to the user.
Note: The email is whitelabeled.
Once you have added all the desired users and groups, select Confirm.
Note: In the Users list, a forwarding icon is displayed next to the user. Select the icon to display the forwarding details.
Unforward Emails
Nerdio Manager allows you to remove the email forwarding at any time.
To unforward emails:
At the Account level, navigate to Users.
Locate the user with forwarded emails that you wish to unforward.
From the action menu, select Unforward email.
Optionally, you may view the sample unforwarding notification the system sends to the user.
Note: The email is whitelabeled.
Select Confirm to unforward the emails.
