This article discusses how to create blob storage for FSLogix profiles.
To create blob storage for FSLogix profiles:

In Azure portal, search for Storage.

Select Storage accounts.

Select + Create to create a new storage account.

In the Basics area, enter the following information:

Storage account name: Type the new storage account name.

Region: From the drop-down list, select the region.

Performance: Depending on your needs, select one of the following disk options:

Standard: Cost-efficient, might be sufficient only in very small environments or for testing scenarios.

Premium: Provide higher performance and are suitable for scenarios that require low latency.

Redundancy: From the drop-down list, select Locally-redundant storage (LRS).

Navigate to the Advanced area.

Navigate to the Encryption area.

Review your selections and then select Create.
