Global RDP Settings

Nerdio Manager allows you to create global RDP settings at the MSP level and assign them to accounts. This feature helps you maintain consistency and manage RDP settings across accounts from the MSP level.

Add Global RDP Settings

Nerdio Manager allows you to add a new set of global RDP settings.

To add a new set of global RDP settings:

1. At the MSP level, navigate to Settings > Integrations.

2. In the Global RDP properties tile, select Add.

   

3. Type the Name of the new set of RDP global values.

4. Perform any of the following:

   • In the Value column, select a value to type the RDP setting.

   • Select Reset to reset a specific RDP setting.

   • Scroll down to the bottom of the settings list for additional controls.

     

   • Select Save to save all the changes.

   • Select Clear to set all the RDP settings to Not configured.

   • Select Reset to Nerdio default to set all the RDP settings to Nerdio defaults.

Assign Global RDP Settings to Accounts

Nerdio Manager allows you to assign global RDP settings to accounts.

To assign global RDP settings to accounts:

1. At the MSP level, navigate to Settings > Integrations.

2. In the Global RDP properties tile, locate the global RDP settings you wish to work with.

   

3. Select assign.

   

4. From the drop-down list, select all the account(s) you wish to assign these global RDP settings.

   Note: You can select All to assign the global RDP settings to all accounts.

5. Once you have selected all the desired account(s), select OK.

Remove a Global RDP Setting

Nerdio Manager allows you to remove a global RDP setting.

To remove a global RDP setting:

1. At the MSP level, navigate to Settings > Integrations.

2. In the Global RDP properties tile, locate the global RDP settings you wish to remove.

3. Select remove.

4. On the confirmation pop-up window, select Confirm.
