Enable Intune

Microsoft Intune is a cloud-based service that focuses on mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM). Using Microsoft Intune, you can manage your organization’s devices -mobiles, laptops, tablets, Cloud PCs, and Azure Virtual Desktops.

Enable Intune

Intune must be enabled for each account that wishes to use it.

To enable Intune:

  1. At the Account level, navigate to SettingsIntegrations.

  2. In the Microsoft Intune tile, check the status.

  3. If the current status is Disabled, select Disabled to enable Intune.

  4. On the confirmation pop-up window, select OK.

    Notes:

    • The system checks if an Intune license is available in your tenant. If it is, it proceeds with enabling Intune and you see a new menu option:

    • You can now manage your Intune apps and devices.

Enable Intune Remote Assistance

Intune Remote Assistance must be enabled for each account that wishes to use it. In addition, the user needs to have a Microsoft Remote Help license to be able to use this feature. See this Microsoft article for details.
