Azure Runbooks - Run scripted actions more than once a day

Currently you can schedule runbooks on a recurring basis, but the lowest increment is Daily. The request here is to add the ability to have runbooks run more than once a day.

This would be great for us as we are polling certain azure information with graph API using azure runbooks, to be able to do this more than once a day allows for more precise information / documentation that we can poll on a hourly / half hourly basis.
