Notifications for Re-image failure not working

I have a condition - Image creation, Task is “Power off & set as image”, failure statuses “Cancelled and Error”.

Basically I want a Halo PSA ticket if the image creation fails.

However with error handling on, even though it fails, it still says completed even though it fails.

Therefore my current options are:

1. Don't have error handling with cleanup after failure. Result is temporary VM stays on until I manually delete (costly / not good). But it alerts me when image fails.

2. Do have Cleanup after failure on in which case the result is "Completed with errors" and as far as Nerdio is concerned is successful so no alert.

I would like a status to be added which is “Completed with Errors” or “Completed with cleanup”.

Something that allows a notification if it fails but is cleaned up by the error handling process.
