Improve Variables on Notification Actions

The current variables for notification actions are limited to the Email Body (and by implication the PSA Ticket Body). In addition, the report on some of the notifications such as Intune condition is where the real valuable data is. However, there is a lack of flexibility in organizing the data as you can only include the “report” which presents as a table.

I propose (1) Adding variables as an option to the Email Subject, and (2) Adding more specific fields for a given notification condition than just an all encompassing “report” variable.
