I recently received a request from a customer asking if we offer an alternative to TeamViewer for remote support.
Console Connect would obviously be a good fit here, since it allows us to provide remote support for macOS and Windows clients, as well as RDS session hosts. However, the question naturally arose as to whether we can also provide remote support for mobile devices, which unfortunately is not yet the case.
To round out the entire Console Connect feature, mobile device support would be really great and would be of interest to us and perhaps to customers of other partners as well.
Will mobile devices be supported in the future?
