Defender attack simulation campaign - global management

We would like to have a central management solution such as NMM to manage Defender attack simulations and create campaigns in our client's Defender environment. More precisely, we would like NMM to create Simulation automations and have some kind of simulation templates in NMM ready to be used in a solution baseline.
