AVD Desktop Images - manage all existing/old images

I have found that with several clients in NMM there are many older versions of images that are not cleaned out or accounted for.  It would be nice to see and manage ALL the existing “Images” resource in the Azure tenant to delete the old/unused ones “easier”.  

I imagine this is from conflicting “keep # of versions” option in the Set As Image process but i have also noticed that when i delete a desktop image from NMM it only deletes the VM and none of the associated Images.
