Change primary user for Intune enrolled devices

I would like to be able to see a way to assign an Intune enrolled device to a user in Nerdio. 

We use the Intune company portal app to make applications available to users on a self-service basis, but the user needs to be set as the primary user on the device for this to work. I would like to be able to do this through the endpoint properties, the user properties, or (ideally) both.
