Ability to switch between host pools

Just a UI improvement

We have environments with multiple host pools. It would be convenient to have a drop down that allows you to switch from host pool A to host pool B when viewing the session hosts screen in > Cloud Desktops > AVD > AVD Host Pools > Session hosts. Ideally, the drop down would allow you to move to a different host pool in the same client. Currently you need to click the Back button then Manage hosts for the pool you want to see now.
