Issue Summary

We are unable to locate the Windows 10 22H2 Gen2 multi‑session virtual machine in Nerdio when optimization is enabled and Trusted Launch is configured.

Description

While working with Nerdio and Azure Image Gallery, we observed that only the single‑session optimized image is available. The Gen2 multi‑session optimized image for Windows 10 22H2 does not appear in Nerdio when Trusted Launch is enabled. This prevents us from proceeding with host pool deployments using the required security and optimization settings.

Steps Already Verified

1. ✅ Checked Azure Image Gallery to confirm image availability and replication.
2. ✅ Verified that single‑session optimized images are visible in Nerdio.
3. ✅ Confirmed VM configuration:
   • Session type: Multi‑session
   • VM Generation: Gen2
   • Security Type: Trusted Launch
4. ✅ Reviewed image filters and deployment settings in Nerdio.
5. ✅ Validated that Trusted Launch requires Gen2 images

Expected Behavior

The Windows 10 22H2 Gen2 multi‑session optimized image with Trusted Launch enabled should be available and selectable in Nerdio for host pool deployment.

Actual Behavior

The image does not appear in Nerdio when optimization and Trusted Launch are enabled. Only the single‑session optimized image is visible.

Impact

• Unable to deploy secured multi‑session AVD hosts using the required OS version.
• Delays in production rollout and security‑compliant deployments.
• Additional effort required to consider manual custom image creation.
