[NMM] - Invert rules for Alerts and Notifications

Hi team,

I'd like to request a reverse rule for NMM Notifications.

At the MSP level under Notifications there is no option to perform an invert rule. eg.
Any except for x,x,x.

We usually receive a large number of emails in relation to Synchronization and API limits - which we want to ignore. So the rule should be something like...

Any except for 'SynchronizeMspGithubPolicies' etc.

OR

Any except for 'Log off users' etc.
