What Resource Providers Do we Register? (Answered)

Hey, I'm starting a new deployment in NMM and going with a File Server VM on the Azure backend due to an application limitation that prevents me from going the Azure Files route. Based on the deployment path I chose I'll need the Vnet & File Server built before I plug into NMM. That being said, the new sub I got from my distributor (who will remain nameless) doesn't have all the resource providers registered. Can you provide a top hit-list of resource providers we should register when starting a new backend build in Azure? 

The ones I can think of off the top of my head are: 

Microsoft.Storage
Microsoft.Network
Microsoft.Compute
Microsoft.DesktopVirtualization

We recently published this Guide on that exact topic.  I would also recommend clicking the "Follow" button located in the upper left to ensure you receive future notifications if those providers change.
