Sort Alphabetically in Policies and Update Rings

We are wanting to be able to sort alphabetically by client name in Policy Management since at this time our clients who are assigned to a policy are then sorted randomly (not even by client number). Sorting alphabetically would make it easier to audit any policies we have in place.
