Users in my company have lost the ability to view, log off, and restart from sessions/desktops as described in the article for the End User role overview. In the past, desktops and sessions would appear as depicted in this screenshot.
Now, this is what our folks with the end user role see despite being in active sessions and having single-user desktops assigned to them:
Any idea what might be the cause?
