Adobe Licensing Issue in Azure Virtual Desktop – After Region Move

We recently moved our AVD environment from Australia (v5 machines) to New Zealand (v6 machines) and migrated the FSLogix profiles. Since the move, every user is being prompted on login that the Adobe license pool is exhausted and they need to deactivate an existing device.

This never happened on the Australian hosts, and we are using the same image as the AU hosts.

Adobe is treating every login as a new device activation.

Has anyone seen this behaviour? What’s the best way to stop these constant activation prompts?

Just in case you're still struggling with this or someone else comes across: There's an option when creating the installer to enable VDI support, I believe there's also a registry key way to enable it.  If Acrobat isn't running in VDI mode it'll do exactly this.  Sorry I don't have good specifics off hand but I believe it's mentioned in other topics, for the installer config it's something like this https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Wizard/installoptions.html#virtual-environment-support
