Allow account groups

Account groups would be a useful feature. So instead of assigning solution baselines to “All” or selective accounts. you could also chose an account group. Same for policies or policy baselines.

For example, the MSP adds a new account to nerdio, and could then MAP to an account group. That new account would then inherit solution baselines, group templates, policy baselines etc. This further streamlines onboarding versus having to go to your existing assignments and append that newly added account to your assignments.

I'd like to second this motion. Then we could organize by vertical or contract type. I'm all for this.

I agree, organizing by client type/compliance requirements would be helpful.

I agree, deploying apps to different account groups

e.g. we support schools who use a variety of Interactive Panel brands - we could create a customer group called “Promethean” and another one “SMART” then assign the relevant software to those groups.
