Ability to use variables in Global Win32 apps

Feature Request:
Add support for variables in Global Win32 apps within Nerdio Manager.

Why:
This would allow dynamic values (e.g., tenant-specific settings, device attributes) in install/uninstall commands and detection rules, reducing duplication and improving flexibility across environments.

Without variables this is not much better than our normal RMM push.
