Enable assigning VMs and AVD hosts to specific Zones

I would like to be able to select a specific Zone for new VMs and AVD hosts in a given region. The zone (or no zone) can only be selected at creation; it is not possible to change a VM's zone after it has been created. 

The use case is that when CPU utilization is not evenly distributed across zones, I would like to avoid putting VMs into the zone where my choice of CPU SKU is in the shortest supply. I realize the balance can shift over time.

This is a feature that is included in Nerdio for enterprise. This is also something we really need in MSP.
