Policy Baselines - Toggle Automatic/Sync mode all at once

I could really use a feature that would allow me to switch the sync mode between manual and automatic for all policies at once. Most of the time, I want to switch 100% of the policies between manual and automatic. Doing it one by one is a waste of time. There are differents scenario when I need to do this, but one exemple is before upgrading NMM to a new version, I would like to be able to switch everything in manual, assess the functionality of NMM and switch back to automatic.
