we are working a lot with “inherited variable” for intune policies to define a default value and give customers the option to wish for another values of settings.
But seeing as Nerdio works with JSON-files and not the actual settings from intune, for the most parts i dont know what value means which actual choice of settings-value.
Let me give an example to mark my point:
in a settings catalog policy in the category “Microsoft Edge” you can set “Send required and optional diagnostic data about browser usage (Device)” in the intune wizard i can select between “Off”, “Required Data”, “Optional Data”, but in the JSON there are the options 0,1 and 2 for Off, Required and Optional.
So it would be great to have some kind of quick reference like a comment on the variable so i can see directly in the account level, what value i have to override the variable with to get my desired settings-value.
I hope i was able to transfer what i meant ;)
